 IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

We accommodate all orders large or small, to the best of our ability.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Reservation for your event should be made in advance to insure availabilty and allow time for your order to be packed for delivery.

A 30% deposit will be required at the time of reservation to hold items and confirm reservation.

Full or partial orders canceled within 10 days of the scheduled event are subjest to loss of deposit.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

The security deposit, all fees for services and rentals are due in advance or at time of delivery.

Delivery is defined as acceptance of rented merchandise at our store or acceptance of merchandise delivered by H.R. Party Rentals to your event site.

No Credit will be given for unused equipment. You are paying for items out not items used.
